Horcrux is for Bangladesh physical-product merchants who need a COD storefront and one operation for catalog, stock, orders, staff and exports. It is not a public API or developer platform, its interface is English-only, and named courier or online-payment availability is never guaranteed before its evidence gate passes.

No coding is required for the built-in storefront. Add products and branding, connect a supported domain and run COD commerce once your store is active.

Essential is ৳3,690/month for unlimited products and orders, 15 staff accounts, four evidence-gated courier connections and the highest currently released allowances. Both have 0% Horcrux transaction fees.

COD works on commerce-active stores. With your own approved SSLCommerz account, customers can pay an advance plus the exact COD remainder—or pay fully online—only after account evidence proves EMI, BNPL and interest-bearing methods are excluded. Funds settle directly to that merchant account.

You can begin with the built-in storefront, COD and manual fulfilment. A custom domain is optional. Online payment requires your own approved merchant account, and named courier connections remain unavailable until merchant-owned access and real flows pass their evidence gates.

Manual fulfilment is available. Pathao, Steadfast and RedX connections remain evidence-gated until current merchant-owned access and real flows are exercised; they are not partnerships or launch-ready claims.

No. Paid plans use monthly invoices and manual bank transfer or bKash Send Money. An Owner or Admin submits the reference for verification; Horcrux never auto-charges or auto-renews.

Paid renewals get 15 days’ grace. Cancellation disables the storefront at period end. Your dashboard, data and exports stay available.

Yes—your domain, logos and colors. Store content may be Bangla; Horcrux stays English.

Yes. One accepted merchant-access grant lets you create independent stores and switch between each one. Every staff member uses an individual verified-email account.

You do. Horcrux holds no funds, takes no sales cut and lets authorized staff export records and original media.

Yes. Authorized staff can export merchant-owned core records and original media. Nonpayment never deletes a store or its data. Voluntary store closure follows the recovery, retention and deletion terms in the Terms and Privacy Notice.

Every plan gets the same direct priority support, triaged by incident severity. Launch does not promise 24/7 staffing, a named account manager, or guaranteed response or resolution times.

Yes. Horcrux launched on 25 August 2026 with invite-gated merchant access.

Horcrux reviews the request. If approved, an invitation is sent to the exact email address you requested. Approval and response time are not guaranteed.

You can independently share storefront links through social channels. Native Meta commerce and production measurement are not currently claimed as live; Horcrux’s verified commerce path is its own storefront.

Horcrux is Bangladesh-first, BDT-priced, COD-ready and invite-gated. Shopify is a separate global platform; Shopify’s official supported-country list does not list Bangladesh for Shopify Payments. That does not mean Shopify itself or third-party providers are unavailable.

Horcrux gives the store a structured catalog, stock record, order history, staff access and exports instead of relying only on conversation-led selling. It does not claim that one channel guarantees better sales.
