what is Horcrux?

do i need coding?

No. Pick a theme, add products and branding, connect a domain and start selling.

what ships at launch?

One theme, custom domains, products, stock, orders, customers, analytics, exports and manual fulfilment. Online checkout and named courier connections stay unavailable until their external evidence gates pass. Eleven more themes release by 11 November; native mobile and broader growth tools come later.

how do payments work?

With your approved SSLCommerz account, customers can pay an advance plus the exact COD remainder—or pay fully online—only after account evidence proves EMI, BNPL and interest-bearing methods are excluded. Funds settle directly to you.

which couriers are supported?

Manual fulfilment is available. Pathao, Steadfast and RedX connections remain evidence-gated until current merchant-owned access and real flows are exercised; they are not partnerships or launch-ready claims.

what does it cost?

From ৳0/month. Create unlimited independent Starter stores for free. Your first eligible paid-plan store gets one 15-day trial; later paid-plan stores require verified payment. Courier/provider fees are extra.

are subscriptions automatic?

No. Owners or Admins approve each monthly SSLCommerz payment. Horcrux invoices and verifies; it never auto-charges or auto-renews.

what if i miss a payment or cancel?

Trial expiry pauses the storefront; renewals get 15 days’ grace. Cancellation waits until period-end. Your dashboard, data and exports stay available.

can i use my brand and Bangla?

Yes—your domain, logos and colors. Store content may be Bangla; Horcrux stays English.

can i run multiple stores and teams?

Yes. Create unlimited independent Starter stores and switch between every store you operate. Essential, Grow and Scale include staff roles. Every staff member uses an individual verified-email account.

who owns my data and money?

You do. Horcrux holds no funds, takes no sales cut and lets authorized staff export records and original media.

when does it launch?

11 September 2026. Joining sends an immediate confirmation and one later launch-access email—no store, trial, plan or charge.
