what is Horcrux?

A Bangladesh-first platform for running storefront, orders, stock, fulfilment, payment records and reporting in one place.

do i need coding?

No. Add products and branding to the built-in storefront, connect a domain and start selling.

what ships at launch?

One built-in storefront, custom domains, products, stock, orders, customers, analytics, exports and manual fulfilment. Essential also includes Custom storefronts (Beta) with rolling access. Merchant online payments and named courier connections stay unavailable until their external evidence gates pass.

how do payments work?

With your own approved SSLCommerz account, customers can pay an advance plus the exact COD remainder—or pay fully online—only after account evidence proves EMI, BNPL and interest-bearing methods are excluded. Funds settle directly to that merchant account.

which couriers are supported?

Manual fulfilment is available. Pathao, Steadfast and RedX connections remain evidence-gated until current merchant-owned access and real flows are exercised; they are not partnerships or launch-ready claims.

what does it cost?

Starter is permanently free and transacts immediately. Essential starts after Horcrux verifies the ৳3,990 monthly invoice payment; courier and shopper-payment provider fees are separate. Horcrux charges no transaction fee.

are subscriptions automatic?

No. Paid plans use monthly invoices and manual bank transfer or bKash Send Money. An Owner or Admin submits the reference for verification; Horcrux never auto-charges or auto-renews.

what if i miss a payment or cancel?

Paid renewals get 15 days’ grace. Cancellation disables the storefront at period end. Your dashboard, data and exports stay available.

can i use my brand and Bangla?

Yes—your domain, logos and colors. Store content may be Bangla; Horcrux stays English.

can i run multiple stores and teams?

Yes. One accepted merchant-access grant lets you create independent stores and switch between each one. Every staff member uses an individual verified-email account.

who owns my data and money?

You do. Horcrux holds no funds, takes no sales cut and lets authorized staff export records and original media.

what support is included?

Every plan gets the same direct priority support, triaged by incident severity. Launch does not promise 24/7 staffing, a named account manager, or guaranteed response or resolution times.

Yes. Horcrux launched on 25 August 2026 with invite-gated merchant access.
