three flat monthly plans — essential ৳3,900, grow ৳6,900, scale ৳9,900. you choose one at launch, and joining the waitlist locks your plan; nothing is charged until then.
05 do you take a cut of my sales?
no — it's a flat monthly plan, never a percentage of what you sell. your money never routes through Horcrux, so there's nothing for us to skim. your gateway's and couriers' own fees stay between you and them.
06 do you support bKash, Nagad and COD?
that's the entire reason Horcrux exists. COD-first, bKash and Nagad native, couriers integrated — all coming at launch.
07 which couriers are integrated?
Pathao, Steadfast and RedX at launch, with more Bangladeshi couriers to follow — book pickups and track delivery from the same place you manage orders.
08 do you hold my money?
no. payments settle straight through your own gateway — SSLCommerz, aamarPay or ShurjoPay — into your own bank account. Horcrux carries the order and its status, never the cash.
09 is a storefront included?
yes — a storefront and checkout come with every plan, from essential up: your catalog, your photos, your prices in ৳, with COD, bKash and Nagad built into checkout.
10 what about fake COD orders?
COD returns are the real tax on selling here — close to a third of orders on some stores. a COD fraud check and auto-reconciliation are built into the grow plan and up, arriving at launch.
